Jump 2 Independence Ltd is a care provider within the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Trent Area. The company began in 2005 as a Supported Living Provider for people with learning disabilities, mental health and young people. In 2012 we became registered with The Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide personal care to people their own homes. We offer home care, supported living and outreach services, all available to provide you with personalised care, companionship & compassion in the comfort of your own home to ensure you have happy a life with choice and independence.

Services We Provide
Supported Living
We currently provide supported living apartments within Stoke-on-Trent & Newcastle-under-Lyme area. We offer accommodation and support to enable you to live independently, gaining essential life skills with onsite staff to support during the day and night. All support is person centred and tailored to your individual care and support needs.
Our Supported Living accommodation are located in:
Basford Park Court, Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Marsh Trees Court, Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Joseph Court, Stoke-on-Trent.
Community Home Care
We can provide care to you within your own home, including Personal Care, Continence Care, Catheter Care, Moving & Handling, Issuing Medication, Meal Preparation, Welfare Checks, along with more specialised care including, Motor Neurone Disease, Dementia, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer's, Diabetes, Mental Health, PEG Feed, Epilepsy, Palliative Care etc. We work in partnership with the local authorities to meet the needs of our clients to enable you to remain in your own home whilst needing that extra care and support to remain independent.
We are able to offer private packages of care and support individually tailored, to those with no local authority involvement.

Outreach
Our Outreach service is perfect if you require assistance with accessing the community or you require some assistance around the home. This could be attending activities, weekly food shopping, cleaning sessions, sitting services etc. Our Outreach service operates Monday - Friday between 08:00 - 18:00, the average session is between 1 - 4 hours but this package of care is person centred and can be tailored to each individual need.
