At The Heart Of Caring…

About Us

Established in 2005, Jump 2 Independence has become the trusted care provider in Staffordshire. Co-founders Julie Hope and Michele Simpson bring over 30 years of care experience, starting the business from a small office in Stoke, dedicated to serving the local community.

From its humble beginnings at Winton House, Jump 2 Independence has grown into one of Staffordshire's premier care providers. Today, we proudly care for over 120 clients daily, offering compassionate and professional support to the elderly, individuals recovering at home, and disabled adults seeking assistance to maintain their independence.

Our mission is to provide efficient and friendly services that promote independence and enhance our clients' quality of life. We prioritize our customers above all else, ensuring their needs remain at the heart of every decision we make.

At Jump 2 Independence, our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional home care remains steadfast. We believe in providing the highest quality of care and empowering individuals with the freedom to stay in their own homes. With our carefully selected carers, we offer the choice to continue living life to the fullest, supported by our dedicated team at Jump 2 Independence.

Our Goal.

Our goal is straightforward: To provide you with a warm and professional service that enables you to retain your independence and enjoy the comfort of your own home.
