With over 20 Years experience working within the Care Sector, with children and older people, now specialising in supported living. Aswell as this, Michele is qualified in finance.

Registered Manager
Having recently become a registered manager at Jump 2 Independence, Emma has over 20years experience in the care sector, working with autism and learning disabilities.

“Jump 2 independence look after my mother. They pay her 4 visits a day. All the carers are very friendly, and my mother gets on with them all. One even does a dance for her when she asks. The poor woman. The carers have been wearing PPE throughout the pandemic, and follow all the guidelines. I've been told that they have not had any carers who have caught Covid in the whole company. They are very quick and efficient to call us when we she has any problems.”
