Positions Available

Position: Community Care Worker - Applicant Must Drive

Job Spec: Community home care is providing personal care to our service users in a respectful and dignified way, to meet their daily needs including bathing, washing, dressing, continence management, issuing medication, meal preparation, maintaining their health and wellbeing, domestic tasks and any other tasks required as part of their care plan. You will work as part of a team providing double & single care calls (working alongside another member of staff).

  • Full-time or Part-time / permanent contracted hours available, travel time paid.

  • Shift times vary between AM 06:00 - 14:00 / PM 14:45 - 22:15 / 08:00 - 20:30.

  • Alternate weekends.

Hourly Rate:  £11.55

Position: Night Support Worker - Applicant Must Drive

Job Spec: Your role will include supporting people who live within our supported living complex's. You will provide support which will include some personal care, showering, safe manual handling, issuing medication, meal preparation, and any other tasks required as part of the service users care plan. You will be required to travel as part of your role.

  • Full-time or Part-time / permanent contracted hours available

  • Shift times vary but will be based around Weekdays: 22:00 - 06:30 / 22:00 - 08:00 Weekends: 18:00 - 06:00 / 18:00 - 08:00 

  • Alternate weekends

Hourly Rate: £10.60

Position: Supported Living Support Worker ​

Job Spec: Your role will include supporting people who live within our supported living complex's. You will provide support which will include some personal care, showering, safe manual handling, issuing medication, meal preparation, and any other tasks required as part of the service users care plan. You will be required to travel as part of your role.

  • Full-time or Part-time / permanent contracted hours available

  • Shift times vary but will be based around 08:00 - 16:30 (Day) / 13:30 - 22:00 (Noon) / 08:00 - 20:00 / 09:00 - 21:00 / 10:00 - 22:00

  • Alternate weekends

 

Hourly Rate: £10.45


Position:  Outreach Support Worker - Applicant Must Drive

Job Spec: Your role will include supporting adults and children who live within their own homes to access the community to complete activities, weekly shopping, domestic tasks around the home, sitting service and any other tasks required as part of their care plan this could include personal care, issuing medication, meal preparation, continence management etc. 

  • Outreach operates between Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00​

  • Full-time or Part-time / permanent contracted hours available

  • You will be required to transport service users in your own vehicle with business insurance cover as part of your role.

Hourly Rate: £10:45

Position: Community Care Worker                   

Non-Driver - Areas Covered ST1 / ST2 / ST3 / ST4 / ST5
